You can cancel a paid subscription at any time — no fees, no phone calls, no hassle.
How to cancel
- Log into your account at gobostudio.app/account.
- Click Manage billing & invoices to open the Stripe Billing Portal.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel plan.
You can also reach us via the contact form from the email on your account and we'll process the cancellation for you.
What happens next
- Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period — you don't lose access immediately.
- No further charges will be made to your payment method.
- At the end of the period, your account drops to the Free tier. Your data is retained so you can resume later by re-subscribing.
Refunds on cancellation
See our Refund Policy. Monthly cancellations are not refunded for the current period; annual cancellations may qualify for a prorated refund if within 14 days of the charge.
Account deletion
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. To delete your account entirely (and the data we hold about you), send us a message via the contact form.
