This Privacy Policy explains how Gobo Concepts ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Gobo Studio and the products listed on our pricing pages.

What we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, hashed password.
• Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We store the Stripe customer ID and subscription metadata returned to us.
• Service data: data you upload to use our products (e.g., venue/song lists in KaraokeFlow).
• Usage data: server logs (IP, timestamps, requested URLs) for security and debugging. Retained 30 days.

How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To process payments (via Stripe) and send transactional email (via Resend) — billing receipts, password resets, verification.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The Service relies on these subprocessors:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• AWS Lightsail — hosting (aws.amazon.com/privacy)
• Cloudflare — DNS and email routing (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)

Your rights

You can update your profile and email from account settings. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account, send a message via our contact form; we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in any material way, we'll notify users by email or in-app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
